ARKANSAS DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION BACK TAX RELIEF

Get started resolving your state tax liabilities using the information below.  If you still need help, reach out to us using the contact form to the right of this page.

AR-DFA Monthly Payment Plan

The Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration may give you up to 60 months to pay back your state tax liability.  Be prepared to submit your financial information to prove your inability to pay it quicker.

Arkansas typically uses the IRS 433-A and 433-B forms to collect financial information.

 Start by contacting the AR-DFA at (501) 682-5000 or (800) 292-9829.

State of Arkansas Offer in Compromise

Yes, the AR-DFA has an Offer in Compromise, and they use IRS forms to collect the financial information.

Penalty Relief

The Offer in Compromise may also be used to request the removal of penalties.  The OIC Checklist states you only need to submit the completed OIC form and not the 433 financial statement form(s) if you’re using the Offer to request the abatement of penalties.
