State of Connecticut Offer in Compromise
The state of Connecticut may consider an Offer in Compromise to settle a personal tax or a business tax.
You may submit an Offer due to Doubt as to liability, (you don’t believe you owe the tax), Doubt as to Collectability (you don’t believe you can pay the tax) or both.Penalty Relief
The state of Connecticut doesn’t make it easy to get relief from the penalties associated with back taxes.

You MUST pay all tax and interest due before a penalty waiver request will be considered.
