LA-DOR Monthly Payment Plan

You can get a 6-month payment plan easy by submitting the Installment Request for Individual form or Installment Agreement Request for Business Tax form.

The installment agreement fee is $105.

To get a longer payment plan be prepared to pay a 20% or so down payment and provide financial information.

Businesses should be prepared to pay a down payment no matter the length of the payment plan.
